Note: The JSL virtual device will not work without prior authorization from JSL IT. Please send an email to helpdesk@jsltechinc.com with a requested login time to request access to a JSL virtual device. Once granted, you'll receive a link to the virtual device. Use the steps below to use the link:

Open Microsoft Edge web browser
(preferred).
If using Firefox, Chrome, or Safari, please ensure pop-ups are enabled:Chrome:
Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu > Settings > Privacy and Security > Site settings > Pop-ups and redirects.
Choose "Sites can send pop-ups and redirects".
Alternatively, if you want to allow pop-ups for a specific site, you can add the site to the "Allow" list.Firefox:
Click the menu icon (three horizontal bars) > Settings > Privacy & Security.
Find the "Pop-up Windows" section.
You can disable the pop-up blocker or add specific websites to the "Allow" list.Safari:
Open Safari > Preferences > Security.
Uncheck the "Block pop-up windows" box.
You can also allow pop-ups for specific websites within Safari's settings.
- Enter or copy/paste the link provided by JSL IT into the URL bar at the top and press enter.
- Sign in using your JSL email and password and answer the multi-factor authentication prompt.
- Click JSL Virtual PC to access the virtual device.
- Click the appropriate Local Resources and click Allow.
Note: Printer is not accessible in the virtual environment for security reasons. Clipboard is only accessible within the virtual device.
- A desktop of the virtual device should appear. You are now ready to access JSL resources!
- Open the Microsoft Edge web browser
inside the virtual PC to begin.
- You may see a Welcome to Microsoft Edge screen if this is your first time logging into Microsoft Edge on this virtual computer.
Click Start without your data --> Continue and start browsing --> and Continue Without Google Data (if asked)
- The URL bar should appear at the top. Copy and paste the following link into the URL bar:
www.office365.us - Sign in with your JSL email and password. Complete the multifactor authentication prompt.
- You should see the Microsoft 365 home page. To access the applications, click Apps on the bottom left and select the app you'd like to open. For example, to access Outlook (email), click Outlook:
- You are now ready to access the JSL web applications. Use the reference chart below to navigate to your desired application:
